I met my goals for the week of April 5-11. In case you don't remember what I was trying to do, my goal was to 'run 4 times in the next 7 days for at least 3 miles at a stretch. If I can do at least one of the runs over 4 miles, that would be an added bonus.'
I am pleased to report the following runs -
Saturday, April 5 - 6.7 miles
Sunday, April 6 - 4.25 miles
Wednesday, April 9 - 3.75 miles
Friday, April 11 - 3 miles (cutting it awful close!)
My goal for the week of April 12-18 is to run five times for at least 3 miles at a stretch. I would also like to run a total of at least 25 miles for the week.
