Running Goals - check!

My last running goal was : April 12-18 -run five times for at least 3 miles at a stretch & run a total of at least 25 miles

I did it!
Here it is...
Saturday April 12 - 8.7
Monday April 14 - 3.7
Tuesday April 15 - 7
Wednesday April 16 - 3.7 + weights
Friday April 18 - 4.8

Total mileage - 27.9 Yay!
If I can do this again next week, I am ready to start marathon training at the start of May.

you have a very interesting appraoch I've neer seen before.
Most people I know start their week on Sunday or Monday. You start yours on Saturday with the long run.
hmmm.... gonna have to give this approach quite a bit of thought.

I'll report back my finding after a few solitary runs to ponder.
