Well, it would be, except that I haven't run much lately. I ran on Tuesday. 3 miles. We ran in France. Twice.
My goal starting tomorrow (Saturday) is to run 4 times in the next 7 days for at least 3 miles at a stretch. If I can do at least one of the runs over 4 miles, that would be an added bonus. St. George registration has opened and I have guaranteed entry this year...time to start training again.
