When Chad and I are talking on the phone, but don't really have anything to say, one of us breaks the silence by saying "I got nothin'." I don't really have anything to blog about other than that I am procrastinating on one of my items of work for today.

in my still "dazed and confused" state of mind yesterday (not a good 30k), i saw you and Chad. I spotted Chad in the 20K results. (great time BTW). Did you run too?
