This week's plan for 70

Here is the plan for this week, just so I can put it out there to get it done...

Monday - 10 miles (done), book club with girlfriends
Tuesday - 12 miles am Team Rogue run
Wednesday - 10 miles in morning (Tara...I need to email you :))
Thursday - 14 miles am Team Rogue run
Friday - off, sleep late
Saturday - 22 miles long run
Sunday - 3 miles easy

Running in the mornings is so much easier, btw. The humidity may be bad, but it is not as bad as 100 degree afternoons. Really. I'm running in the mornings now to have people to run with or because of other obligations, but I don't like it.
