Impromptu Summer Supper

Baked salmon with warm roasted cherry tomato salad and quinoa salad.
Tomato salad was from Barefoot Contessa recipe...using yellow and red
cherry tomatoes (the red ones from our plant) and basil from our
plants. The quinoa was my own recipe using veg bouillon, onion,
cucumber, red pepper, lemon, and cilantro. Mmmmm...
