Pay it forward (or back, in this case)

If you are reading this blog and have ever run the Turkey Trot, you need to do what I ask (pretty please)...

I read Carrie Barrett's blog (don't know her at all). She went through a weight loss similar to me and is enjoying her new lifestyle as a kickass runner and triathlete. She also was race director for the Turkey Trot for several years.
