I am still awake...it is 3:45am on Tuesday morning.
I get insomnia from time to time. I don't know if a doctor would classify it as true insomnia, but I know that I have not had any caffeine and that I stopped my exercise before I normally do on the other days of the week. Even still, I am still not able to go to sleep.
I am going to try to go to sleep. It is going to be a long day tomorrow.
